Two years ago Caroline faced a profound deterioration in mental health which spiraled her into depression. “For what felt like forever, I felt trapped by my emotions with no way out,” she explains. With consistent support from therapy and a circle of caring friends, she started to reclaim her life. “Journaling helped me express my feelings. It became one of many therapeutic outlets.”

Caroline's experience demonstrates how writing can foster connection, providing a space to process emotions and if desired to share one’s journey with others.
